So, how does it work? |
To access your account:
1. Using Internet Explorer (web browser), go to: tsilandlease.com (your community's website).
2. Click "Visit the New Payment Portal."
3. Inside the portal, click "View My Account."
This will take you to a secure website that has your account information.
4. On the Resident Login Page, click "First time user sign up here."
5. Enter your personal Security Code and click the button.
6. Create and enter a User Name and Password that will be known only to you. Write it down and save it in a safe place that you will remember. The manager won't have access to your private access information.
7. View your account.
To pay online:
1. Go to: tsilandlease.com.
2. Click on "Visit the New Payment Portal."
3. Click on Online Checking Information or Credit Card Information under the checking and credit card payment options, and learn more about both payment methods.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit cards are for late payments ONLY. A late fee will be assessed for all use of Credit Cards based on when we receive the payment. Use credit card payment when you are unable to pay using your checking account. No credit card fees are charged for credit card usage.
4. Click "Pay with Checking Acct" or "Pay with Credit Card" and enter the information requested. Actual payment processing occurs on a secure web site that protects your private information. Payments made from your checking account use the same system as Direct Deposit of payroll checks and Direct Payment (often used for mortgage payments). It is simple, safe and saves time and money. Try it.
